Gemma was afraid of heights, it made her feel dizzy and sick. Her friends didn't like seeing her miserable, so they came up with a plan to help Gemma over come her fears of heights. They help encourage her to start off with smaller heights and then work her way up to bigger heights. Which she does, she ends up on top of the Harbour bridge, over coming her fear of heights. This is a great story to read incase your kids are feeling a little worried or have a fear of something. At the end of the book there is a section for Parents and Carers about kids feeling anxious and scared. Recommended age is up to 7 years. Published in August 2017.
